Multicultural Community Job Fair
Funded by Women and Gender Equality Canada, RIWC is bringing together employers and job seekers at an upcoming job fair, along with the launch of its free DEI Employer Toolkit, to advance inclusive hiring and workplace practices. Taking place on April 22, the community-based Job Fair will connect racialized job seekers with employers at the Riverdale Hub.
The event will feature a breakfast discussion panel for employers to identify strategies to improve workplace inclusion, followed by a community job fair. Participating employers represent a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, insurance, construction, finance and technology.
